The HTY-MC20 Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzer is a patented product independently developed by Zhejiang Tailin Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd. It can determine the concentration of total organic carbon in water samples with high sensitivity and accuracy.
The working principle of the HTY-MC20 Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzer is to use a peristaltic pump to extract the sample, and then quantitatively add acid reagent and oxidant through a chemical reagent injection pump to divide the sample into two paths. Through the combined action of ultraviolet lamps and oxidants, the organic matter in the sample is completely oxidized to carbon dioxide. On the other hand, the total inorganic carbon contained in the sample itself is used as the background without oxidation. Two samples are passed through a membrane filtration module to transfer carbon dioxide to the internal circulation, and then their conductivity changes are detected by a carbon dioxide sensor.
According to the formula: TOC=TC-IC, Finally, calculate the concentration of total organic carbon in the sample.
