MF53-TIRF is a super-resolution fluorescence microscope suitable for the study of actin, myosin, and cell membrane. It is equipped with four laser excitations and utilizes the characteristic of total internal reflection to form evanescent waves to excite and observe extremely thin areas on the sample surface, forming low background, high signal-to-noise ratio fluorescence dynamic imaging. It is widely used for the observation of cell surface substances and molecules on the cell membrane.
