Three ring grindingPurpose:
The three ring medium speed mill is a device for processing ultrafine powder, which is a derivative of Raymond mill. The working principle of the three ring mill is similar to that of Raymond mill, and it also relies on the centrifugal force of the grinding roller to generate crushing power to achieve the purpose of powder production.
The difference between the three ring mill and ultrafine micro grinding is not significant. The grinding roller of Raymond mill rotates by sliding on the central axis and bearings, while the three ring grinding roller rotates without a central axis and bearing device. Working principle of three ring mill:
The main motor of the three ring grinding machine drives the spindle and each layer of turntable to rotate through a reducer. The turntable drives dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate in the grinding ring raceway through column pins. Large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher and then sent into a storage bin by a hoist. The electromagnetic vibration feeder evenly sends the material to the middle of the upper turntable. The material disperses towards the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the raceway of the three ring micro powder mill grinding ring, where it is pressed, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After the first layer of crushing, the material falls into the second and third layers. The suction effect of the high-pressure centrifugal fan draws external air into the machine and brings the coarse powder that has been crushed in the third layer into the powder selection machine. The vortex generated by the rotating turbine inside the powder selector causes coarse particles to fall back and grind again, while fine particles enter the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and are discharged as finished products through the discharge valve at the bottom. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler.
