Material for box production:
Overview of machine structure: This product adopts two side air ducts for air outlet and a middle air duct for air return circulation. It uses a PTFE conveyor belt, which is relatively flat. The feeding end is 200mm, and the drying section is heated by an electric heating tube with a total length of 3000mm (the drying section is divided into two groups: 1500+1500mm, which can work independently with temperature control). The discharge end is 800mm. The electric heating tube is installed in the air duct at the top of the oven, and the circulating motor is installed at the top of the oven to extend the service life of the motor. The inlet and outlet are equipped with adjustable insulation boards that can be freely adjusted up and down, and insulation boards are installed on the inside for double-layer insulation. *Stainless steel protective wire mesh is installed on the top of the heating box to prevent the product from being rolled into the wind turbine

Heating system:
Heating element:Infrared heating uses 24 1KW infrared lamps. The electric heating tube adopts a covered stainless steel heater for dust-free U-shaped stainless steel tubular electric heating generator, with a capacity of 1KW per piece and a total of 24 pieces. The total power of the heating element is 24KW, divided into 2 sets of heating switches, and the continuous service life can reach more than 40000 hours
Heating time:The heating rate is required to be above 2 ℃/minute and cannot exceed 10 ℃/minute. Raise the temperature from room temperature to 60 ℃ for no more than 10 minutes, and from room temperature to 200 ℃ for no more than 30 minutes.
Electrical configuration:
Temperature controller: LED/intelligent/digital display/temperature controller, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃, with P.I.D adjustment, automatic constant temperature.
Divided into 2 groups for heating control, 2 temperature control instruments independently control the temperature inside a section of the box. Assembled in one control box, located at the discharge outlet
