structural design(Removable on-site assembly structure method)

1) The new generation of exterior design, box structure, and control technology have undergone significant improvements, making installation easy, technical indicators stable, reliable operation, and easy maintenance

2) Equipment layout: The equipment is designed and manufactured according to a split structure, assembled and formed on site in the workshop, the electrical control cabinet is made into a whole structure, and the base is made of national standard square steel sprayed to form a whole frame. Reinforcement ribs are used in the workshop body, test box door, and distribution cabinet to ensure the overall structure of the equipment is strong and stable.

3) Box shell: Made of high-quality color steel plate, it is beautiful, flat, atmospheric, with a curved design, smooth and natural lines, reasonable design, and durable.

4) Insulation layer: using hard PU foam and aluminum silicate cotton. Aluminum silicate cotton has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and low heat transfer coefficient compared to similar glass fiber cotton. The thickness of the insulation layer is 100mm, ensuring that the temperature inside the test room will not be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, making the test temperature more accurate.

5) The inner wall of the studio is made of high-quality 304 mirror stainless steel material and processed into shape using the most advanced processing equipment currently available in China.

6) Box door: Adopting a double door structure, a double-layer high-temperature resistant high tensile silicone sealing strip is used between the test box door and the box body to ensure the sealing of the testing area. The inner and outer panels of the gate are made of stainless steel, which is beautiful, durable, and uses non reactive handles for easier operation, durable, and not easily damaged.

7) Observation windows: Two observation windows are installed at the center of the test chamber door to observe changes in the indoor specimens. The observation window is made of three-layer hollow tempered glass and double layered laminated conductive film on the inside and outside, which has the advantages of transparency, heat insulation, and is not prone to steam frosting. It is equipped with high-quality lighting, which can assist in observing the test conditions inside the test chamber when the light is insufficient.

8) Air circulation channel: A forced circulation channel is used, which means that the air in the working chamber is sucked in from the lower part of the air duct through a centrifugal fan, heated and frozen by a heating and cooling evaporator, and blown out from above the air duct. After exchanging heat and cold with the test sample in the working chamber, it is sucked in from below the air duct and repeatedly circulated to achieve the set temperature requirement.

9) Electric control cabinet: The control part of the equipment is designed on the right side of the equipment, equipped with temperature controllers, control switches, etc. It is easy to operate, simple, and easy to maintain. The temperature and time can be programmed and controlled in multiple stages, and can be set arbitrarily and automatically implemented.
