Equipment usage:
The three comprehensive test box mainly provides a temperature and humidity changing environment for scientific research and production units such as aerospace, aviation, petroleum, chemical, electronics, and communication. At the same time, electric vibration stress can be applied to the test sample in the test box according to the prescribed cycle, for users to conduct temperature, humidity, and vibration comprehensive stress screening tests on the whole machine (or components), electrical appliances, instruments, materials, etc., in order to assess the adaptability of the test sample or evaluate its behavior. Compared with the effect of a single factor, it can more accurately reflect the adaptability of electrical and electronic products to temperature, humidity, and vibration combined environmental changes during transportation and actual use, and expose product defects. It is an essential and important testing method throughout the entire process of new product development, prototype testing, and product qualification testing.
Equipment features:
The integrated structure of the test chamber and refrigeration system is compact and beautiful, with a separate control console for easy operation. The refrigeration compressor unit and main accessories are all imported with original packaging. The imported LCD color LCD touch screen controller has automatic temperature and humidity program control and is equipped with R232 communication interface. Different models of vibration tables can be selected according to user requirements to ensure good mechanical transmission characteristics while ensuring cold, hot, and airtight sealing.
