TQC-1500Z is a conventional instrument widely used for collecting air toxic substance samples in environmental hygiene, labor hygiene, indoor environment, etc.
This instrument uses a chip machine for circuit timing and power control. It has a compact structure, stable performance, small size, light weight, easy portability, and wide sampling range. It can be matched with various absorption tubes, as well as various solid adsorption tubes. It is currently an ideal and practical air sampler among small and portable atmospheric samplers in China.
The instrument casing is made of high-strength AS and ABS colored engineering plastics, and has undergone special treatment for moisture, dust, and static electricity prevention. There are four colors available for purchase: black, gray, deep red, and green, with fading.

The main parts of the instrument are composed of diaphragm pump, regulating valve, buffer, flowmeter, central processing unit, etc.
1. The structure and assembly of diaphragm pumps adopt technology, making small pumps have the advantages of compact structure, high efficiency, high pumping pressure, strong load capacity, stable flow rate, low power consumption, and low noise. At a load capacity of 100mmHg, approximately 1L/mn was still obtained. The pump valve plate is made of special rubber, which is resistant to acid and alkali, aging, and has a long service life. After long-term testing, its performance remains good. The pump power motor adopts electronic speed regulation, which can ensure stable operation of the motor even under significant voltage fluctuations and changes in dry battery voltage drops. When the load changes within a certain range during the sampling process, the electronic circuit can adjust the power to stabilize the flow rate of the diaphragm pump.
2. The time control processor of this instrument adopts a single-chip microcontroller for intelligent design, with high accuracy and the ability to set freely within the range of 99 hours and 59 minutes. Users often set the sampling time to 15 minutes, so in order to reduce operational trouble, a 15 minute startup state is set to make operation convenient and fast.
3. When the four characters of the undervoltage indicator flash intermittently during use, it indicates that the instrument battery is in an undervoltage state, and the battery needs to be charged at this time.
4. When the characters on the instrument display screen flash intermittently during charging, it is necessary to charge. Simply connect the charger to charge, and the red light will turn on during charging. When the battery is fully charged, the red light will turn off. Charging usually takes 14-16 hours (standard), and the instrument uses nickel hydrogen batteries without memory effect, so the capacity is large and the service life is long.

Press the power start button to turn on or off
Press to display 00:15 on the screen, which is 15 minutes. To change the time, press to change it. Press to enter the sampling mode of the instrument. At the end of sampling, OUER is displayed. Press → → to enter the shutdown state of the instrument.

Attention: 1. If the battery is not used for a long time, it needs to be recharged to extend its service life.
2. It is strictly prohibited to suck larger particles or acidic or alkaline solutions into the pump to avoid damaging the air circuit and pump.
