1、 Simple measurement of biological fluorescence reaction
TOXmini is a portable and easy-to-use toxicity detector with a wide range of applications. It automatically measures the impact of toxic substances in water media on Vibrio fischeri and then makes a judgment on whether the water medium is toxic.
TOXmini can be used in laboratories as it is equipped with rechargeable batteries and can also be applied in the field. When used in the field, a cooling module can be optionally equipped to maintain a constant temperature of the reaction solution during the testing process, which fully complies with ISO11348 standards and ensures the reliability of the test results. Because TOXmini and iTOXControl use the same bacterial strains and reagents, they can be combined with iTOXControl to achieve mutual verification and supplementation (the same freeze-dried powder Vibrio fischeri, blank test solution positive control solution).

4、 Flexible testing mode
1< BioTox-S>mode: a testing mode that only measures the luminescence values of the reference water sample and the test water sample after contact reaction, compares them, and obtains the toxicity results of the water sample.
2< BioTox-B>mode: a testing mode that compares the initial luminescence values and the luminescence values after contact reaction of the reference water sample and the test water sample to obtain the toxicity results of the water sample.
3< RLU>mode: a testing mode that measures the luminescence intensity (RLU) of bioluminescence in aquatic media (such as ATP or gene diagnosis and analysis related tests)
