TIME5302 (TH140) portable Leeb hardness testerIt is a new type of portable hardness testing instrument, mainly suitable for testing the hardness of metal materials. It has the characteristics of high testing accuracy, small size, easy operation, convenient portability, and wide measurement range. It is based on the principle of Leeb hardness, and the Leeb (HL) hardness value is automatically converted into Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore and other hardness values through the program. It can also be equipped with various testing accessories to meet various testing conditions and environments. It is mainly suitable for rapid hardness testing of metal materials, especially for on-site hardness testing of large components and non removable parts.

Leeb principle, portable measurement
Seven hardness values including Leeb (HL), Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC/HRB/HRA), Vickers (HV), and Shore (HS) can be measured in one go
Optional 7 different impact devices and automatic recognition
Randomly print data on site, and select materials and set impact direction through the menu
● Preset limit values, over tolerance alarm
Can be connected to a PC for archiving, managing, and analyzing measurement data, and can store 48-350 sets of measurement values
