TF oil suction filterIt is a specialized equipment directly installed at the oil pump suction port to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components. TF oil suction filter can avoid inhaling pollutants and impurities, effectively control hydraulic system pollution, and improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. This filter can be directly installed on the side, upper or bottom of the fuel tank. The oil suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the tank, and the filter head is exposed outside the tank. It is equipped with self sealing valve, bypass valve, filter element pollution blockage transmitter and other devices, so that the oil in the tank will not flow out when replacing or cleaning the filter element. This product has the advantages of novel design, easy installation, high oil flow capacity, low resistance, and convenient cleaning or replacement of the filter element.
1. Easy installation and connection, simplifying system piping:
This filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom, or upper part of the fuel tank. The filter head is exposed outside the tank, and the suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the tank. The oil outlet is equipped with pipe and flange connections, and the filter is equipped with self sealing valves and other devices to eliminate the need for other pipe fittings such as shut-off valves, making the pipeline simplified and easy to install.
2. Setting a self sealing valve makes it very convenient to replace, clean the filter element or repair the system:
When replacing, cleaning the filter element or repairing the system, simply unscrew the filter end cover (cleaning cover), and the self sealing valve will automatically close, isolating the oil circuit of the fuel tank and preventing the oil in the tank from flowing out, making cleaning, replacing the filter element or repairing the system very convenient. If the self sealing valve is opened, it can also be used to discharge oil from the tank.
3. Equipped with a filter pollution transmitter and an oil circuit bypass valve, it improves the reliability of the hydraulic system:
When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the transmitter will send a signal, and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in a timely manner. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element at this time, the oil circuit bypass valve located on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open (opening value: vacuum 0.02MPa) to avoid suction failure of the oil pump. But at this time, the machine should be stopped to replace or clean the filter element to maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and improve its reliability.
