1、 Product Introduction:
The TC-890 BOD analyzer is a new type of instrument that uses the air pressure difference method to measure biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5). It can accurately provide measurement results comparable to chemical dilution methods, and has the characteristics of direct reading of readings, clear biochemical reaction curves, and easy use and maintenance. 3、 Product Features
►BOD testing device that can run unattended:
The standard five-day dilution method requires tedious sample preparation and operation to obtain reliable results. With a microcomputer controlled BOD testing device and simplified BOD method, you can quickly and correctly complete important tests. The entire device operation process can be unattended. Thanks to its effective and easy use. The testing device uses a simple sample dilution method, making BOD measurement easy without the need for remote control facilities. The operator only needs to simply add the measured sample and BOD nutrient buffer to sixteen BOD bottles, connect the bottles to the pressure sensor of the microprocessor control device, select a suitable range from the four ranges, and the BOD testing device can complete the subsequent tests. After the sample temperature stabilizes, the device begins to read the BOD value and store it in the instrument's memory. It is recorded every 15 minutes and can be tested for a period of 5 or 10 days

►Effective and complete analysis:
During the BOD measurement process, the sensitive pressure probe of the BOD testing device continuously monitors the changes in oxygen consumption of the sample. The instrument directly measures the BODmg/L concentration without calculation or extrapolation. The use of pressure probes avoids the use of mercury pressure gauges and dissolved oxygen measurements.
The automatic stirring device continuously stirs to enhance oxygen transfer, and the mechanical device does not have a motor, reducing maintenance and ensuring accurate results. The CO2 generated by the oxidation of organic matter is absorbed by lithium hydroxide contained in the bottle cap.
►Continuous graphic display:
The BOD testing device electronically stores measurement data and updates the results. At any time during testing, the rate of BOD change can be detected on the LCD display screen. It can store 480 points of data during measurement.
You can easily see the BOD curve of any sample bottle. By selecting the sample number with the button, the start date and current BOD value, current testing range, and real-time time can be displayed. Moving the cursor along the BOD curve will display the sample number, BOD value, and measurement duration.
