IIproduct overview

The TC-8080 fixed pollution source hydrochloric acid mist sampling gun is mainly used for collecting hydrochloric acid mist from fixed pollution source emissions. The sampling gun head and body are both heated and temperature controlled. Solid hydrochloric acid mist is collected using a filter membrane, while gaseous hydrochloric acid mist is collected using a reagent bottle. During sampling, parameters such as flow rate and smoke temperature can be measured; It can be widely applied in departments such as environmental protection, health, labor, safety supervision, military, scientific research, education, etc.

3、 Product Features

1. Applicable for the determination of hydrochloric acid mist in emissions from fixed pollution sources;

2. Granular hydrochloric acid mist is collected using a 47mm PTFE filter membrane, while gaseous hydrochloric acid mist is collected using two 75ml impact absorption bottles connected in series;

3. The sampling gas path is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material;

4. The sampling head and gun body are heated throughout the entire process, with precise temperature control of 120 ℃± 5 ℃;

5. Equipped with a small absorption bottle insulated box that can hold a mixture of ice and water.

6. Simultaneously measuring the velocity of flue gas during sampling;

7. The length of the gun body can be customized according to customer needs;

8. Equipped with a 1.5-meter adjustable height cigarette holder, used to support the sampling gun and absorption bottle;

9. Equipped with temperature and pitot tube measurement sensors, the temperature sensor uses PT100 and the pitot tube uses an S-shaped pitot tube;
