1、 Product Introduction of TC-6180A Atmospheric/TSP Atmospheric Comprehensive Sampler

This instrument uses solution absorption method to collect various harmful gases in the ambient atmosphere and indoor air, and uses filter membrane weighing method to capture total suspended particles (such as TSP, PM10, PM2.5, etc.) in the ambient atmosphere. It is widely used in environmental protection, occupational health, factories and mines, colleges and universities, scientific research and other institutions.

3、 Main features
Electronic flowmeter, constant current sampling, two atmospheric channels, one particulate matter channel, either channel can be single self controlled, single self start stop;
The high-speed processor automatically calculates and controls the sampling flow rate, and compensates for flow changes caused by voltage fluctuations and resistance changes;
The atmospheric sampling gas path is equipped with anti backflow suction drying bottles to prevent the absorption liquid from being sucked back;
Pipeline blockage protection function: During the atmospheric sampling process, if the pipeline is blocked or the load is too large, the system will automatically stop the pump to protect the instrument from damage due to long-term overload. If the load is greater than negative 20kPa for a long time, the protection function will be automatically activated;
Atmospheric sampling has a constant temperature automatic heating function;
High performance ultra-low frequency brushless diaphragm pump is used for atmospheric sampling, with a long service life;
The atmospheric sampling adopts a red blue dual color gas path connection tube, which easily and accurately connects the gas path;
Automatically measure ambient atmospheric pressure and temperature, display real-time sampling flow rate, cumulative sampling volume, and standard condition volume;
Built in real-time clock, which can pre-set the sampling start time;
Timed sampling can be set, with equal intervals for multiple samplings. The number of samplings can be arbitrarily set between 1 and 99 times;
The particulate matter sampling adopts a brushless motor, which overcomes strong resistance and can work continuously for a long time;
The TSP/PM10/PM2.5 sampling head is made of aluminum alloy material and has anti-static adsorption;
Power off protection function, automatic sampling of incoming calls;
The Chinese LCD screen with automatic contrast adjustment can work normally at minus 30 degrees Celsius;
An external portable AC/DC power supply can be used for sampling in the field without AC power supply;
Equipped with RS232 digital communication interface, it can be connected to an external printer for convenient data output.
