2、 Equipment usage:
The particulate matter in the flue is collected using the pitot tube constant velocity sampling weight method, the harmful gases in the flue are determined using the positioning electrolysis method, and the moisture content in the flue is determined using the dry wet bulb method. It can be widely used in environmental monitoring, labor protection, industrial hygiene, factories and mining enterprises to sample particulate matter and harmful gas concentrations in pipeline pollution sources. It can also be applied to evaluate and calibrate the accuracy of continuous flue gas measurement instruments.
3、 Performance characteristics:
1. One machine is versatile and can measure parameters such as smoke, moisture content, flow rate, dynamic pressure, static pressure, smoke temperature, oil fume, and smoke (such as O2, SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2, H2S).
2. Dual use of AC and DC, equipped with a large capacity ZD-24 DC power supply box, can work in situations without AC power supply, with a working time of more than 8 hours.
3. Equipped with an intelligent flue gas preprocessor, it can filter, heat and dehydrate the flue gas in the flue, making the measurement data more accurate.
4. Automatically store monitoring data for querying and printing, with a data storage capacity of one million sets. A micro printer can be connected to an RS232 interface to selectively print sampling reports on site. Equipped with USB memory or storage cards to store data, Excel spreadsheets can be generated and printed directly. Professional computer software can be connected to a computer for data communication and printing of sampling reports.

6. The unique three in one design of drying, filtering, and anti backflow suction in the drying cylinder can efficiently dry moisture, filter dust, and reduce the impact on flow rate through backflow suction, achieving long-term operation without cleaning.

Users can operate directly with the rich online operation prompts of the instrument, and the LCD screen can rotate freely from 0 to 180 degrees forward and backward, and from 0 to 360 degrees left and right, making it convenient for operators to view data.

10. Automatically adjust parameters such as temperature and pressure, standard condition data can be directly read, and there is a power-off protection function, which automatically enters the pre power-off sampling state after power on.
11. Linear calibration of various parameters of the instrument can be directly performed through a waterproof keyboard. Password must be entered for instrument maintenance and calibration to ensure the safety of all instrument parameters.

16. The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery for storing data during AC power outages. It automatically restores sampling during AC incoming calls, deducts the power outage time during the sampling process, and allows users to query the power outage time.

18. It can store various parameters of the system settings, facilitate user use, directly access system settings or sampling settings, and has system recovery function and file batch and selective deletion function.
