The TC-2BX portable BOD rapid analyzer is a new generation of portable BOD rapid analyzer developed according to market demand based on the original desktop BOD detector. It is compact, portable, flexible, with accurate and reliable measurement accuracy. The instrument adopts a dual-purpose AC/DC power supply and a built-in large capacity battery. It can be used continuously for 30 hours on a single charge and can be used in the laboratory. It also meets the requirements of on-site testing in areas without electricity, especially for the evaluation of water pollution emergencies, providing reliable and powerful protection. It is a high-tech product that integrates biological science and modern electronic technology. One of the earliest liquid flow path automatic switching devices in China, the determination of biao zhun samples and unknown water samples to be tested can be automatically controlled by the instrument, without the need for external equipment, and automatic cleaning is convenient and fast.

The instrument adopts the microbial electrode method, which is compact, portable, and flexible. BOD on-site detection is earlier in China, and this instrument complies with the relevant industry standards of the State Environmental Protection Administration. The testing method is included in the fourth edition of the "Water and Wastewater Analysis Methods" and listed as the HJ/T86-2002 microbial sensor rapid determination method.
