Vacuum packaging technology for circuit boards

After the vacuum packaging film of the upper transparent circuit board is heated by the circuit board vacuum packaging machine, vacuum pumping is started under the bubble film below the circuit board, allowing the upper vacuum packaging film to cover downwards under the vacuum suction force and tightly adhere to the bubble bottom film. In this way, the circuit board is tightly wrapped and bundled between the upper vacuum film and the lower bubble film. The two essential elements of this process are heating and vacuum.
