A product specially developed for the salt chemical industry, with an impeller diameter of 150-1700 and a maximum flow rate of 25000 tons. It is made of duplex stainless steel and is currently the largest circulating system product in the salt and nitrate production industries. Cantilever structure, double end face machine seal, with characteristics of corrosion resistance and wear resistance, meeting crystallization requirements, strong corrosion resistance, can be widely used in the special requirements of vacuum salt production, diaphragm caustic soda, phosphoric acid, aluminum chloride, and sodium chlorate industries. For blades and impeller shells with complex shapes and precise size requirements, precision casting method is adopted to ensure the accuracy of geometric shape and size. At the same time, during the processing, advanced technology is strictly implemented to ensure accuracy and meet the requirements of dynamic and static balance. This ensures that the core components of the pump are both wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and operate smoothly with high precision. The evaporative circulation pump is a high flow, low head axial flow pump designed for forced circulation of evaporators in industries such as ammonium phosphate, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, alumina, caustic soda, and light industry. It can also be used as a circulation pump for crystallization and reactorsThis series of pumps has two structural types: horizontal and vertical. The pump body can be cast or welded with a fully open impeller. This series of pumps has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and good anti cavitation performance. They can also operate normally under an absolute pressure of 0.05MPa. The seal adopts a double end container type machine seal or a filling seal (vertical). This series of pumps generally have vertical inlet and outlet, and the inlet and outlet directions can be changed according to user requirements. Rolling bearings with thin oil lubrication are used. The bearing box can be equipped with a water-cooled jacket, and various transmission methods such as elastic coupling direct transmission, belt transmission, and liquid coupling can be used.
