It adopts a stable two-step bottle blowing machine with fast blowing speed and stable equipment operation. From automatic preform feeding to preform blowing into bottles, all operations are automated without manual intervention, making the operation simple.

Equipment advantages:

1. The automatic feeding system, which took 2 years of optimization design and was mainly designed and developed by senior engineers, features a unique return device that completely solves the problem of bottle blank jamming during the feeding process.

2. By adopting the patented technology of the invention, the bottle blank can be separated into 2 to 8 passes, with fast loading speed, simple and convenient caliber replacement, and no need for adjustment.

3. Using Taiwan origin clamp cylinder and aluminum alloy clamp material, with a long service life.

4. The unique constant temperature 120 degree heating control system ensures that the heating of the preform is minimally affected by external environmental temperature. Each red light tube temperature is independently controlled, and the rotating preform heating system ensures even heating of the preform.

5. Adopting Taiwan origin, the upper silver linear guide mold clamping device, the bottom of the clamping mold adopts patented technology of gear reverse drive butterfly guide rail bottom, reducing the wear of the bottom mold and protecting the mold

6. The core pneumatic components are all imported from abroad, including SMC rotary cylinders from Japan and SICK proximity switches from Germany. The equipment operates stably and has high production efficiency.
