Product features of liquid ammonia shut-off valve
1. In response to the poor corrosion resistance and easy perforation of the shell of ordinary valves, according to the specific characteristics of the medium, corrosion-resistant steel (carbon steel with added corrosion-resistant alloy elements) is selected for the valve body material of ammonia special valves, which can withstand ammonia and liquid ammonia corrosion, and can be used at low temperatures up to -40 ℃ to maximize the requirements of working conditions.
2. The sealing pair matching structure of the ammonia special valve adopts ball and flat types, with automatic sealing compensation to achieve a dual safety effect. The sealing performance is stable, without adhesive wear, effectively solving the problem of poor sealing performance and easy leakage of ordinary valves used in chemical pipelines.
3. The flange in the product adopts a mortise and tenon sealing structure, which ensures absolute reliability of the flange seal even in the case of pipeline pressure fluctuations.
4.
