The spray anti-corrosion filter designed by Shanghai Wuyan is mainly designed to meet customers' requirements for harsh working conditions such as strong acid and high chloride ions. The interior of the filter can be coated with PTFE, PTFE lining, rubber lining, hot rolling plastic, etc. to achieve anti-corrosion purposes.
Characteristics of Teflon Spray Coating
1. Non stick: Almost all substances do not stick to PTFE coatings, and very thin films also exhibit good non stick properties.
2. Has heat resistance: Teflon coating has excellent ground heat resistance and low temperature resistance, with a short-term high temperature resistance of up to 300 ℃. It is generally used continuously between 240 ℃ and 260 ℃ and has significant thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperatures without embrittlement and does not melt at high temperatures.
3. Moisture resistance: Teflon coating has a surface that is non stick to water and oil, and is not easily absorbed by other solutions during production operations. If there is a small amount of dirt, it can be easily wiped off. Short downtime, saving time and improving work efficiency.
4. The PTFE coating has a low coefficient of friction, and the coefficient of friction changes when the load slides, with a value only between 0.05-0.15.
5. Has wear resistance: Under high loads, it has excellent wear resistance. Under certain loads, it has the advantages of wear resistance and non stick double-layer.
6. Corrosion resistance: Teflon is almost not corroded by drugs and can protect parts from any type of chemical corrosion.
