Sponge iron (also known as deoxidizer) is made from high-quality mineral powder. Using the principle of oxidation-reduction reaction, filter precipitation method is adopted to eliminate it. The dissolved oxygen content in the treated circulating water of pipelines and boilers can be less than 0.05mg/L. The frequency of backwashing with deoxidizer is low, the compressive strength is high, it does not pulverize or clump, and the specific surface area is large.
2. Characteristics
Technical features: The technology and working principle of sponge iron deaerator have the following characteristics:
1) Deoxygenation can be carried out at room temperature, and water does not need to be heated;
2) The system can supply water at any time without the need for preparation time or a deoxygenated water tank;
3) The deoxygenation effect is stable and reliable, and the dissolved oxygen in the effluent is stable at ≤ 0.05mg/l, which meets the water quality standards for low-pressure boilers;
4) There are no special requirements for installation, overcoming the inconvenience of high-level installation of thermal and vacuum deoxygenation;
5) The equipment can be arranged at a low level, the process is simple, and the requirements are not high.
Product features: The new sponge iron filter deaerator has been in use in China for many years, and in actual operation, it has gradually exposed some shortcomings in the equipment structure and process of early design, sometimes causing significant impact on system operation.
Based on the practical experience of several users and addressing the shortcomings in the previous design, the company has adopted a new design concept, imported original parts, and advanced control technology to design and produce a sponge iron filter deaerator, which has the following characteristics:
1) The process is simple and reasonable, the equipment structure is simple and compact, and the operation and maintenance are convenient;
2) The control automation level is high, and the system can automatically backwash according to time or work pressure loss, without the need for manual operation
Therefore, timely backwashing can eliminate the agglomeration of the deaerator, reduce water consumption, and maintain the good operating condition of the equipment;
3) The equipment adopts a dual tank structure or a single tank dual chamber structure, which can continuously produce water. If the inlet pressure is sufficient, even during backwashing, there is no need to interrupt the water production, making the system work more stable and reliable in the later stage;
4) The equipment automatically uses anaerobic water for backwashing, further improving the backwashing effect, reducing water consumption and deaerator water consumption.
5) The power consumption of automation systems is very low. Equipped with a manual operation device, backwashing can be performed with just one button
