1、 Overview

The HLUX series intelligent spiral vortex gas flowmeter adopts the latest microprocessing technology, which has strong functionality, wide flow range

The advantages of simple operation and maintenance, easy installation and use, and the main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. Widely used in various gas and liquid metering industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, coal, etc.

2、 Main features

1. The built-in pressure, temperature, and flow sensors have multiple compensation methods for users to choose from, with high safety performance, compact structure, and beautiful appearance.

2. On site display of temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow rate, and cumulative total amount.

3. By adopting a new type of signal processing amplifier and unique filtering technology, the interference signals generated by pressure fluctuations and pipeline vibrations are effectively eliminated, greatly improving the anti-interference ability of the flowmeter and making small flow rates have excellent stability.

4. The unique functions of time display and real-time data storage ensure that internal data will not be lost and can be permanently saved under any circumstances.

5. The whole machine has extremely low power consumption and can operate for a long time with internal battery power supply, making it an ideal on-site display instrument without the need for external power supply.

6. The anti-theft function is reliable, with password protection to prevent parameter changes.

7. Equipped with two-wire and three wire 4-20mA standard current signal output, pulse output, and RS485 interface.

This series of products complies with the national enterprise standard JJG198-94 "Verification Regulations for Velocity Flowmeters" Q/320831AHH003-2004 "HLUX Series Intelligent Spiral Gas Flowmeters".

This series of products has been verified and approved by the National Instrumentation Explosion proof Safety Supervision Department (NEPSI), and complies with the relevant provisions of national standards GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.2-2010. The explosion-proof mark of the explosion-proof type is Exd Ⅱ CT6.

8 Installation precautions

1) Flow meters should be installed according to the flow direction markings.

2) The flowmeter can be installed horizontally, vertically, or tilted at any angle.

3) The requirements for the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections are shown in Figure 1

4) Unless the tested medium contains larger particles or longer fibrous impurities, it is generally not necessary to install a filter.

5) There should be no strong external magnetic field interference or strong mechanical vibration around the flowmeter.

6) The flowmeter must be reliably grounded.

9、 Precautions for use

On site installation and maintenance must comply with the warning message "Do not open the lid when there is explosive gas", and turn off the external power before opening the lid.

When conducting a sealing pressure test after pipeline installation, attention should be paid to the maximum pressure that the flow meter pressure sensor can withstand to avoid damaging the pressure sensor.

When put into operation, the upstream and downstream valves of the flowmeter should be slowly opened to avoid damage to the instrument and pipeline caused by sudden rapid airflow.

When the flowmeter requires signal remote transmission, it should be strictly connected to an external power supply of 24VDC according to the requirements of Section 3.4 "Electrical Performance Indicators". It is strictly prohibited to directly connect a 220VAC or 380VAC power supply at the signal input port.

5. Users are not allowed to change the wiring method of the explosion-proof system or arbitrarily twist various output lead connectors;

When the flowmeter is running, it is not allowed to open the front cover to change the instrument parameters, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the flowmeter;

7. Do not loosen the fixed part of the flowmeter at will.

When using the product outdoors, it is recommended to add a waterproof cover.

10、 Maintenance and troubleshooting

If the displayed value of the flowmeter does not match the actual flow value during operation, the user's pipeline system should be checked first to ensure that it meets the installation requirements of the flowmeter.
