The high helix lead screw is made of corrosion-resistant steel and formed through cold rolling process. They are combined with high wear-resistant high-tech polymer flange nuts and adopt a non pre tightened or pre tightened design.
For higher loads or special applications, alternative high-tech polymer materials or bronze can be used to manufacture nuts.
