When the turntable rotates, the ball milling tanks revolve around the turntable axis while also rotating around their own axis, performing a planetary motion. The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion, grinding and mixing samples. This product can be ground and mixed with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods. The smallest particle size of the ground product can reach 0.1 microns (i.e. 1.0 × 10mm)-4).

For soil heavy metal analysis, four agate grinding tanks are required. The pressure of the sealed agate grinding tanks is set through a scale, and they rotate in the opposite direction around their own axis while revolving around the turntable axis. The samples in the tanks collide and rub against each other at high speed to achieve the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing, and dispersing the samples. They can be ground dry, wet, or vacuum. Two or four grinding tanks can work simultaneously at a time.

1、 Function and principle of vibrating screen:
The basic principle is to use the heavy hammer (uneven heavy hammer) installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft to transform the rotational motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface. If the phase angle of the upper and lower heavy hammers is changed, the direction of the raw material's movement can be altered.

2、 Motor usage instructions:
This series of motors can continuously output rated excitation force when the following conditions are met.

3、 Use and maintenance of vibrating screen
1. This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
2. During the initial operation of this machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. After running the machine for 1500 hours, the bearings should be checked and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.
4. When the machine is stopped for a long time and used again, the insulation resistance should be measured, which should be greater than 0.5 megohms for a 500 volt megohmmeter measurement.
6、 Daily maintenance of vibrating screen
1. Before startup:
(1) Check whether the coarse and fine nets are damaged
(2) Is each group of tie rings securely locked
2. At startup:
(1) Pay attention to any abnormal noise
(2) Is the current stable
(3) Is there any abnormality in the vibration
3. After use: Clean the vibrating screen after each use
regular maintenance
Regularly inspect the coarse mesh, fine mesh, and springs for fatigue and damage, and check if any parts of the machine are damaged due to vibration. Parts that require lubrication must be lubricated with oil.
