working principle
The GC-O principle is simple and easy to understand. Install a splitter at the end of the gas chromatography column, and the sample enters either the FID detector or the human nose. The correspondence between chromatographic peaks and taste perception is determined by specialized spice chemists through olfactory discrimination.
