(3) If the machine tool malfunctions and the user information is obtained, and the cause of the malfunction and the corresponding measures can be accurately determined, an immediate response will be given. If an immediate response is not possible, a response will be given within 24 hours, and personnel will be sent to the site as soon as possible for handling.
