The outlet temperature of the frozen liquid is -55 ℃ to -110 ℃, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the frozen liquid is 2.5 ℃ to 5 ℃.

The refrigeration technology of a natural separation and condensation mixed working fluid self cascade freezer with multiple compressions uses a single compressor and a multi-component mixed working fluid as the refrigerant to achieve low-temperature refrigeration at a minimum of -160 ℃, which exceeds the refrigeration effect of traditional cascade freezers using two or three compressors. Greatly simplifies the structure of the refrigeration system, reduces initial investment costs, decreases system operating energy consumption, and improves system reliability. The refrigeration system of the self stacking refrigeration unit cleverly uses distillation to achieve efficient separation of lubricating oil and mixed working fluid, ensuring that the system does not encounter oil blockage problems in the low-temperature section. Simple structure, stable operation, high energy efficiency, easy to miniaturize, with multiple innovative technologies.
Compared with traditional three-stage cascade refrigerators, self stacking refrigerators are more effective. Compared to the three-stage cascade cycle, this technology reduces the need for two compressors and two plate heat exchangers while achieving low-temperature refrigeration of -100 ℃. It only adds one self-made liquid separator and reheater, and replaces the existing multi-stage refrigerant of the cascade refrigeration unit with a mixed working fluid. This greatly reduces costs, saves energy, and has a simple system structure and stable operation.
