Special alloy wire traction machine is a specialized equipment used for the production of special alloy materials, such as precious metals like pure silver. It includes melting, crystallization, and traction as one unit.
The melting part of this equipment is an intermediate frequency furnace, mainly using thyristor intermediate frequency power supply. It is a frequency conversion device that converts three-phase power frequency current into single-phase intermediate frequency current, mainly used for the melting of various metal materials and their alloys. This machine is composed of a three-phase bridge fully controlled rectifier circuit and a parallel inverter circuit. The control part adopts integrated circuits to achieve microcomputer control. Compared with other circuits, it has the advantages of advanced technology, simple structure, stable and reliable performance, easy debugging and maintenance, high output power, fast working speed, high efficiency, low power consumption, reliable operation, and low failure rate. Multiple fast protection functions are also designed in the circuit for current and voltage overload, making the product highly reliable in operation. Suitable for long-term or intermittent work.
After the melted raw materials meet the process requirements for traction temperature, the melting furnace with a lifting mechanism is lifted upwards to immerse the crystallizer in the metal liquid. The crystallizer is made of graphite and has a water jacket inside for quasi cooling of the metal liquid. The metal liquid in the graphite crystallizer is cooled and solidified by the cooling water before being pulled out, and the wire is finally wound and placed on the winding reel.
