Bond Elut PRS is a strong cation exchange adsorbent with relatively strong polarity. PRS has no hydrophobicity in non-polar solvents, thus it can generate polarity and hydrogen bonding interactions. Due to its extremely low pKa, PRS is recommended for the separation of weaker cationic compounds such as pyridine based compounds.
