Bond Elut Certify extraction column is a mixed mode adsorbent containing non-polar C8 and strong cation exchange (SCX) functional groups. Certify is most commonly used to extract alkaline (cationic) drugs from urine and blood, but it can also effectively extract a variety of compounds from various aqueous matrices. You can fully trust the Certified series products with uniform performance, which support automated and high-throughput analysis of samples in multiple specifications.

Adsorbent activation: |
100% methanol, then 0.1M phosphate buffer, pH 6.0 |
Sample processing: |
Add 2mL of 0.1M phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.0) and matrix standard sample to 5mL of urine sample. Vortex oscillation, measure whether the pH is between 5.0 and 7.0. Pass through the adsorbent at a flow rate of<4mL/min. |
Rinse off interfering substances: |
1. 1mL of 1.0M AcOH, then vacuum dry for 5 minutes; 2. 6mL methanol, drain for 2 minutes; |
