Typical applications: Solid phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography for detecting impurities in milkC21H30O5
C21H30O5It is one of the residual corticosteroids in milk. The use of solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography can quickly and reliably detect the presence of [substance] in milkC21H30O5
Material Science:
CopureTM Silica solid phase extraction column (500mg/6mL), part number COSI6500.
Steps:
1. Sample extraction
Weigh 5 g of milk sample and extract it twice with 30 mL and 25 mL of ethyl acetate. Combine the extracts, evaporate to near dryness, and dissolve in 1 mL of ethyl acetate and 5 mL of n-hexane.
2. SPE purification
Take the SPE column and activate it with 6 mL of n-hexane. Pass the test solution through the column, wash with 6 mL of n-hexane, and then wash with 6 mL of n-hexane acetone (6:4, v) to collect the eluent.
3. HPLC detection
Inject the eluent into the chromatograph, record the response values, and obtain the chromatogram of the spiked sample.
result:
For 5ppmC21H30O5The spiked milk sample had an average recovery rate of 98.6% and RSD of 0.29% (n=3).
