The whole machine is made of 201 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the liquid are made of 304 stainless steel with precision craftsmanship
Filling range: The edible oil filling machine is a 1-5L oil filling line, suitable for filling various oils in 1-5L bottles, such as peony seed oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, perilla oil, palm oil, etc.
Technical features of the whole machine:
1. The 1-5L oil filling line adopts high-precision gear flowmeter for precise and reliable filling process;
2. Full Chinese color human-machine control interface, intuitive and easy to set device parameters;
3. The filling head is equipped with an independent vacuum suction device, and the grease in the filling nozzle is uniformly recovered without dripping;
4. Fast and slow dual speed filling, without foaming or material overflow during the filling process;

6. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted by frequency conversion according to different bottle types, which can adapt to the production of various bottle types.
