2. Regularly check whether the locking nut and connecting bolts of the mixing shaft are loose.

3. Regularly check the swing of the mixing shaft and promptly remove any entanglement on the impeller and shaft.

4. Regularly inspect the transport components for any abnormal sounds and temperature rise.

5. Regularly check for any abnormal changes in current.

6. Before restarting the equipment after a long period of inactivity, the insulation of the motor should be checked to prevent the accumulation of sediment for a long time, which may cause difficulty in starting and damage the motor and impeller.
