Functional description:

1. This machine is driven by compressed air control, making it particularly suitable for use in environments with explosion-proof requirements and humidity, with high safety;

2. Due to the use of pneumatic control and mechanical positioning, the filling accuracy is high, and the accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.5%

3. Using screw rods and counters to achieve precise adjustment of filling volume, which can be visually reflected in digital form;

4. A five way valve that can be used for both paste and liquid purposes, made of SS304 stainless steel material, with no dead corners inside and easy to clean;

5. There are anti wire drawing and anti drip devices on the filling head, and the filling nozzle is equipped with two sizes;

6. Fast filling speed, can fill back and forth 30 times per minute. Taking 500ml of water as an example, the filling accuracy is ± 0.5%

pour: This machine can choose customized filling capacity, and the maximum filling capacity is 5L. It is suitable for Baijiu, lubricating oil, pesticide, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer and other non granular liquid and semi liquid materials
