Relevant standard needle inserts can also be configured for substance testing of solid particles, powders, colloids, frozen bodies, etc., as well as inspection of food raw materials such as cheese, sugar gum, butter, cream, fermented bodies, etc.
This instrument is also applicable to ISO2137-85 "Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Greases and Stone Greases"; ASTMD217-82, IP50-79 "Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Greases" This instrument is used to determine the cone penetration of viscosity of lubricating grease and petroleum grease, needle penetration of petroleum asphalt, and needle penetration of petroleum wax.

1、 Instrument features:

1. The cone penetration tester consists of multiple parts such as a base, support, up and down adjustment mechanism, and measuring mechanism.

2. Base adjustment mechanism: The chassis is equipped with fine adjustment foot screws, and the surface is embedded with leveling round water bubbles. By adjusting the foot screws, it is easy to adjust the level of the base table.

3. Support and up-down mediation mechanism (national patent): composed of support rods, support arms, and up-down thickness adjustment knobs. The height of the scale in the measuring mechanism can be adjusted during the experiment, which has the characteristics of accurate adjustment and self-locking at any time.

4. Measurement mechanism: composed of digital ruler, cone electric lock, manual button, and timer. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, convenient observation and operation, and no resistance to cone sliding.
