4. Purpose

Used for low-speed stirring in biological treatment tanks to ensure thorough mixing of sludge and water without generating oxygenation.

5. Technical performance

5.1 The submersible mixer can rotate and balance freely, ensuring no jamming, stagnation, vibration or other phenomena;

5.2 The submersible mixer shall undergo a sealing pressure test before leaving the factory, with a test pressure of 3kg/m²There was no leakage for 5 minutes;

5.3 The submersible mixer adopts a dual mechanical seal structure and a lip seal structure, and the mechanical seal ensures reliable operation within 8000 hours without the need for replacement;

5.4 The lead out cable of the submersible mixer shall use YZW type rubber sheathed flexible cable or other cables with the same performance as GB5013.2, with a standard configuration length of 10m per unit. The cable sealing head shall be treated with special vulcanization to prevent damage to the cable sheath and water leakage to the motor;

5.5 The surface of the submersible mixer is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint, which is bright, free of stains, bumps, cracks, and other phenomena; The primer of the motor housing is PVC epoxy resin, and the surface is coated with chlorinated rubber paint;

5.6 The submersible mixer oil chamber is equipped with a sealed leakage protection device;

5.7 The dual color wire (yellow/green) in the cable leading out of the submersible mixer is designated as the grounding wire, and the connection is reliable. The grounding sign is obvious and not easily erased during the service life;

5.8 The submersible mixer blade and rotor undergo dynamic balance testing, with a balance accuracy of G6.3;

5.9 The underwater mixer can rotate horizontally within a range of 120 ° and adjust the flow angle arbitrarily.

6. Service life

Under specified conditions, the average operating time of the submersible mixer before the first failure is not less than 10000 hours, and the overall service life of the machine is not less than 15 years.

7. Structural design

7.1 Junction Box

The junction box is completely sealed and isolated from the surrounding liquid and motor parts; Cooling: The motor stator is cooled by the surrounding liquid.

7.2 Gears

Adopting planetary gear transmission to reduce impeller speed.

7.3 Leaves

The blades are double banana shaped and cast with aluminum alloy, effectively preventing the problem of blade fracture; The inlet edge of the blade is bent backwards and has permanent automatic cleaning performance; Tighten it onto the shaft with a locking nut, making it easy to disassemble and replace during lifting and maintenance.

7.4 Motor

Adopting a fully submerged squirrel cage induction motor, the insulation level of the submersible motor winding is F grade, and the protection level is IP68. The maximum speed per minute shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute. The motor can operate continuously, starting at least 12 times per hour without causing any harmful effects.

7.5 Oil chamber

Lubricate and cool the sealing device, bearing seat and gearbox between the motor and liquid. The oil chamber plays a role in shock absorption and noise reduction. If necessary, an airbag device can be embedded to reduce and lower the pressure rise in the oil chamber.

7.6 Bearings

The motor shaft is supported by two bearings, which are double row ball bearings; And the main bearing is a double row spherical roller bearing; The impeller shaft is supported by a double row angular contact ball bearing and a cylindrical roller bearing;

The operating life of the agitator bearings is greater than 60000 hours.

7.7 Shaft seal

The mixer consists of two mechanical seals and one lip seal. Sealing device material: tungsten carbide - tungsten carbide.

7.8 Mechanical seal

Each wheel axle is equipped with a series connected double-layer independent rotating shaft mechanical seal system, and the sealing device operates inside a fuel tank. The design lifespan of mechanical seals is greater than 25000 hours.

7.9 Monitoring System

There are two thermal switches installed in the stator winding, which operate at 125 ℃. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the motor does not exceed 80 ℃.

7.10 Control System

The control box can achieve self-protection of equipment, with overheat, overcurrent, and leakage protection functions, and can reserve PLC interfaces.
