The axial direction between the internal and external spline shafts is a sliding connection, and the external spline shaft can achieve up and down lifting while transmitting torque.

    On the basis of the original QXB, the river treatment aerator has changed from single-sided intake to double-sided or central intake, and a floating ring (made of stainless steel or fiberglass) is installed on the upper part of the intake pipe. The floating ring, intake pipe, and aerator are connected as a whole. As shown in the figure, the floating ring relies on the buoyancy of water to suspend the aerator in the water. The floating ring is pulled by three steel wire ropes, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixed to the edge of the pool or fixed with three anchor points in the pond. During installation, place the aerator and floating ring into the water as a whole, and drag them to the designated area with steel wire ropes. Then fix the other end of the three steel wire ropes in three different directions at the edge of the pond. For ponds with larger water surfaces, three anchor points can be set up for positioning. During maintenance, simply untie the steel wire rope fixed at the edge of the pool, pull the equipment back to the edge of the pool and lift it out of the water.

    2. Construction and Engineering Process

    The submersible aerator consists of a submersible sewage pump, a mixing chamber, a base, an intake pipe, and a muffler.

    The upper end of the intake pipe is the air intake port, located above the water surface, and the lower end is connected to the mixing chamber. After the power is turned on, due to the rotation of the impeller, high-speed water flows out from the impeller outlet, forming negative pressure through the mixing chamber. Therefore, air is sucked in and mixed with sewage, and the mixed liquid flows out from the outlet, completing the oxygenation of the sewage.

    1. It is absolutely not allowed to use the cable of the aerator to lift or suspend the aerator. When transporting or hanging the aerator, a chain hook with a fishing hook can be used on the handle or the upper cover lifting ring.

    2. The fruit aerator is still in use or immersed in water, and can continue to be used at temperatures below 0 ° C.

    3. The aerator uses grease or lubricating oil, which may leak out due to seal wear. At this moment. Please send the aerator to our company's maintenance department or authorized repair point as soon as possible to replace the seal, in order to avoid burning out the motor.

    4. When the power is cut off, the aerator must not be moved and people must not enter the water.

    5. After installation, the submersible aerator cannot be immersed in water for a long time. It is recommended to run it for at least 4 hours every half month to check its function and adaptability, or to lift it up and store it in a dry place for backup.

    6. The submersible aerator cannot be placed outside the sewage inlet. When the chassis is placed on mud or floating sand, the submersible aerator sinks due to vibration. In this case, it is recommended to suspend the aerator or place it on a larger base plate.

    7. The submersible aerator must ensure safety.

    Before starting the submersible aerator, a qualified electrician should inspect the system to ensure that the following electrical protection measures are taken.

    1. Before operating the submersible aerator, a 0-500V megohmmeter should be used to check the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding, which should not be lower than 1 megohm.

    2. The power supply voltage must be within the range of 5% of the rated voltage indicated on the nameplate, and the increase in power supply voltage is not allowed to exceed 10% of the rated voltage. If the power supply is far away from the place where the submersible aerator is used, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, and the joints should be minimized as much as possible, otherwise the voltage will drop too much. The joints should be sealed and waterproof.

    3. In a four core cable, the one with a grounding symbol is the ground wire, usually a yellow green wire. To ensure safety, the ground wire must be firmly connected and 50mm longer than other wires

    4. Check the direction of rotation of the impeller.

    The submersible aerator using three-phase power supply should be checked for rotation direction after initial start-up or each reinstallation. Incorrect rotation direction can reduce efficiency and damage the water pump.

    The inspection method is: Before final installation of the submersible aerator, look up at the suction port of the submersible aerator from the bottom and rotate the impeller counterclockwise. If several submersible aerators are connected to a controller, each aerator must be inspected separately. If the rotation direction is incorrect, the position of any two of the three-phase wires on the controller can be exchanged to change the rotation direction
