This tank is designed, manufactured, and accepted in accordance with the requirements of the national "Good Manufacturing Practice" and "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels"; We can also design, manufacture, and inspect steel pressure vessels according to customer requirements. The material used is SUS316L stainless steel, and the inner surface of the equipment is mirror polished with a roughness of up to 0.28-0.45um. The outer surface is mirror polished or matte treated.

The heating or cooling jacket of the stainless steel mixing tank can be made into a coil or a full jacket according to customer requirements.

This product is for machine mixing, made of high-quality 316L stainless steel, with a mixing speed of 0-600 revolutions per minute, controlled by a frequency converter.

The insulation material for the tank can be filled with pearl rock wool.

All interfaces are sanitary grade quick release ports that comply with internationally recognized ISO standards

The configuration includes: respirator, thermometer, level gauge, tank cleaning ball, sanitary manhole and sight glass, etc. It can also be configured with digital thermometer, digital level gauge, weighing system, automatic control system, etc. according to customer requirements.
