Product Introduction

The SZL dual drum longitudinal chain grate biomass boiler adopts a dual drum longitudinal arrangement, and the combustion method is a chain grate. The rated evaporation capacity is 4~75t/h. The boiler burns biomass formed solid fuel. The water-cooled walls on both sides of the furnace adopt a membrane water-cooled wall structure; The water-cooled wall tubes on the front and rear walls of the furnace extend downwards to the upper part of the grate, forming front and rear arches. This not only increases the sealing performance of the boiler, but also increases the furnace volume and heating surface, while reinforcing the strength of the rear arch. The fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate and is burned after entering the furnace with the grate. The flue gas enters the convection tube bundle area and passes through the smoke wall. The flue gas flows towards an S-shaped bend and uses inertia to separate the dust in the flue gas, which then falls into the four gravity type automatic ash hoppers set below. It then moves with the grate and falls into the slag hopper, where it is discharged from the furnace body by the slag extractor.

The SZL series double drum vertical chain grate biomass boiler has high automation level, safe and stable operation, strong fuel applicability, and high smoke and dust emission standards. Behind the furnace is the combustion chamber and convection tube bundle, with an economizer at the tail. The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, combustion chamber, convection tube bundle, and economizer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, induced draft fan, and chimney. There is secondary air arranged on the front wall, controlled by valves, which is put into use when burning biomass fuel to enhance combustion, fully burn the fuel, and improve combustion efficiency. Adopting a higher feed inlet to meet the demand for biomass fuel.

Performance advantages

(1) The convective arrangement of the heating surface has high heat transfer efficiency, and the efficiency characteristics of boiler operation are stable and have a certain degree of overload operation capability;

(2) Reasonable water circulation system, large water capacity, ample steam space, and good steam quality;

(3) The cross-sectional ratio between the descending surface and the ascending pipe of each heating surface is reasonable, and the combustion conditions are stable;

(4) The matching of the front and rear arches is reasonable, the coverage of the furnace arch is large, the furnace temperature is high, and coal can burn when the combustible volatile matter is greater than 20%;

(5) Each air chamber can be manually adjusted according to the required air volume for each combustion stage of the fuel. The lateral air pressure is consistent and there will be no phenomenon of partial combustion. The lower part of each air chamber is equipped with a pull-out cast iron ash discharge door, which is not easily deformed, easy to use, and has good sealing performance. When the carbon content in coal slag is not more than 10%, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is around 82%.
