The vacuum defoamer series equipment is one of the commonly used devices for baking and aging experiments in a vacuum state for various products. The vacuum defoamer is suitable for electronic instruments, materials, electricians, vehicles, metals, electronic products, and various electronic components to test their performance indicators and quality management in temperature environments.

Box specifications:

Vacuum system:

4. The vacuum control method is automatic control, which automatically stops when the vacuum reaches the set vacuum level and starts when it falls below the lower limit. This cycle works to maintain a constant vacuum level inside the box;

5. Pressure relief method: manually activate the solenoid valve to relieve pressure during baking, testing, or midway product retrieval;

6. The range of machine vacuum degree is from 0.0KPa to -1000KPa, and the displayed vacuum degree varies depending on the region;

7. Vacuum pressure leakage rate: After vacuuming to a vacuum degree of -100.0KPa, stop the machine and maintain it for 24 hours, with a leakage rate of ≤ 10KPa;

8. Vacuum gas conditions: Before vacuuming, ensure that the temperature inside the box is below 80 degrees Celsius to prevent damage to the vacuum pump caused by excessive air temperature;
