1、 Purpose:
SH series mixing unit, mainly used for mixing polyvinyl chloride resin, coloring, coloring and drying of polyethylene and polypropylene particles ABS、 Drying of moisture absorbing resins such as polycarbonate and mixing of phenolic resins before molding and processing, followed by cooling and stirring to prevent clumping and degradation of hot mixed materials, allowing additives in the hot mixed materials to continue to penetrate into the plastic resin, eliminating residual gases in the hot mixed materials, and storing hot mixed materials. 3、 Main structural description:
This unit consists of seven parts: frame, transmission, pot body, lifting and lowering, discharge port, and electric control box. The whole machine adopts a closed structure, and the compact arrangement of the hot mixer and cooling mixer saves space. The motor of the hot mixer is assembled inside the platform, making the structure more reasonable. The platform provides sufficient space for operating the machine and storing other items. (See Figure 1).
The pot body is made of stainless steel, and the inner surface is extremely smooth and hard, with characteristics such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to sticking materials. The hot mix machine pot body has a heating jacket and a resistance heating coil. The temperature is transmitted to the pot body through the high ignition point heat transfer oil in the heating jacket, so that the pot body is heated evenly. Adjusting the heating temperature can control the temperature of the materials in the pot. The jacket has an asbestos insulation layer on the outer surface. The cold mixer pot body does not have a cooling jacket, and the cooling effect is achieved through the circulation of cooling water.
The lid of the hot mixer pot is cast from aluminum alloy. The inner surface is polished by precision machining, and it can rotate horizontally clockwise along the vertical direction (rotating 70 ℃) after starting from the cylinder. The cover has holes for adding resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, and breathable holes, which users can arrange according to their own needs. Do not apply too much force when turning the pot lid to avoid damaging the pot wall. In order to prevent personal accidents caused by improper lid and rotation of the mixing slurry, motor protection is specially installed. Under the lid of the cold mixer is a cooling ring, which cools the material through circulating water.
The guide plate of the hot mixer is used to enhance the mixing effect. The deflector has an approximately streamlined surface, which affects the circulation of materials. Its optimal position depends on the materials to be mixed. The angle of the guide plate inside the pot can be freely adjusted and vertically adjusted. The external clamping device fixes the angle of the guide plate. The thermocouple is assembled inside the guide plate, and its connection is led out through a conduit to the terminal head, which is connected to the temperature gauge of the electrical control box. The material temperature can be reflected on the indicator instrument and read out, which is used to automatically control the automatic discharge of the discharge port. (See Figure 2)
The hot mixer stirs the slurry and is driven by a motor through a triangular belt. The motor is an AC dual speed motor, which can achieve low and high speeds by simply pressing the low and high speed buttons. However, it must be noted that if high-speed rotation is required, the motor should be started at low speed and stabilized before starting at high speed. The spindle is supported by two deep groove bearings for rotation. There are three stirring slurries on the upper part of the main shaft, which rotate clockwise to make the material rotate along the pot wall and circulate up and down at the same time. With the help of a guide plate, the mixing effect is better. Due to the high-speed rotation of the material, there is a large amount of frictional heat between the material levels and the slurry blades, which rapidly increases the material temperature. This not only reduces the heating amount of the pot wall, but also facilitates the resin's absorption of plasticizers. The mixing slurry is made of stainless steel and has undergone careful mechanical processing, polishing, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The transmission part of the cooling mixer is driven by a starter motor through a triangular belt. The hot mixed material is cooled and mixed by being transmitted to the main shaft through the gearbox. The frame is equipped with an adjusting handle that can adjust the tension of the transmission V-belt tape. Opening the door cover allows for the replacement of the V-belt tape and installation of the machine base for fixing, maintenance, and upkeep purposes.
The discharge part is made of aluminum alloy casting. Each is equipped with a pneumatic discharge door, which is connected to the discharge door in a linear manner by a cylinder. Reliable compression, good sealing, and flexible opening and closing. Use one 0.39-0.49Mpa air compressor (provided by the user). The unloading method can be automatically controlled by the temperature of the material inside the pot, or manually controlled by a button to control the opening and closing of the unloading door. The discharge port cover fixed on the machine base has a hose connected blowing head, which is used to blow off the mixed material attached to the discharge port (using compressed air).
