SPG type pipeline shielded pump is a pump product with an integrated structure of electric motor and water pump. The product is widely used in the petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, nuclear power, military, shipbuilding and urban water supply and drainage, fire booster pumps, high-rise building booster water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, HVAC refrigeration and other cold and warm water circulation booster applications. 2、 Product features:

4. Bearings use the conveyed liquid for self lubrication, without the need for lubricating oil, so they do not contaminate the conveyed liquid and eliminate the trouble of regular oil injection.
5. The pump structure is reasonable, with the motor and pump coaxial, small size, light weight, small footprint, smooth operation, easy installation, no need for adjustment, easy maintenance, no need for adjustment, and easy maintenance.
6. The impeller adopts a water thrust balance design, which allows the rotor to be suspended during operation, reduces the axial wear of graphite bearings, thereby improving the service life and reducing operating costs.

3、 Product Usage:

1. SPG type pipeline shielded pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for medium temperatures of -30 ℃+90 ℃. Specially suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, fire pressure boosting, high-rise building pressure boosting water, garden sprinkler irrigation, long-distance transportation HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressure boosting and equipment matching.
2. SPGR high-temperature shielded pump is suitable for conveying medium with high temperature, and is suitable for medium temperature ranging from 100 ℃ to 380 ℃. Mainly suitable for energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, textile and hotel, restaurant, bathroom and other departments.
3. SPGT anti-corrosion shielded pump is suitable for conveying solid particles free materials and is applicable to departments such as petrochemicals, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, scientific research institutions, and synthetic fibers.

4、 Working conditions:

The medium used for SPG type pipeline shielded pumps must be soft water, thin, non solidifying, non flammable, and free of solid particles and fibers.
The medium temperature used for SPG type pipeline shielded pumps shall not exceed 90 degrees, and the medium temperature for SPGR type pumps shall not exceed 380 degrees.
Under normal circumstances, the working pressure of the SPG type pipeline shielded pump system should not exceed 1.2 MPa, and the inlet pressure should not be less than 0.05 MPa. In special circumstances, please contact our company in advance.
4. The maximum pressure of the SPG type pipeline shielded pump system is 1.6MPa, which means that the suction pressure of the water pump plus the pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa.
