SPG vertical ultra-low noise leak free shielded pump
SPG shielded pipeline pump has absorbed advanced technology in the design and manufacturing of shielded pumps internationally, and applied the shielding technology of motors to the field of fluid transportation. It is the latest series of new products launched to meet the needs of the domestic market.
The performance parameters of the SPG shielded pipeline pump series basically comply with the international standard IS02858 and the national standard JB/T68782-93. It has significant characteristics such as design specifications, high universality, reasonable structure, stable performance, low noise operation, and no vibration, making it an ideal product to replace conventional horizontal centrifugal pumps and vertical pipeline pumps.
There are a total of 67 varieties and 184 specifications in the entire series, with a performance range of 6.3-1080m3/h flow rate, 12.5-125m head, 0.37-160kW motor power, 1450r/min and 2900r/min.

Product features:
1. The pump structure is compact, the machine pump is integrated, and the volume is small. Its vertical structure has a small installation footprint, smooth operation, and no need for adjustment during installation.
2. The inlet and outlet of the pump are designed with flanges of the same specifications and located on the same centerline. They can be directly installed on the pipeline like valves, with a low center for easy pipeline layout and installation.
3. The pump is coaxial with the motor, with a short axial dimension, making the pump run more smoothly and with low noise.
4. Cancelling the traditional shaft seal method avoids the leakage of the conveying medium, thus having the significant feature of completely no leakage.
5. Replacing conventional motor rolling bearings with sliding bearings enables the pump to operate smoothly with extremely low vibration and noise.
6. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the connecting nut to extract all rotor components for inspection and maintenance.
7. The series and parallel operation of the pump can be carried out according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

1. SPG shielded pipeline pump is a common type used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The medium is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃. Especially suitable for occasions with high requirements for vibration and noise, such as underground pump rooms, air conditioning refrigeration systems, etc.
2. SPG shielded pipeline pump hot water type is mainly used for conveying soft water with a temperature not exceeding 160 ℃ and no solid particles. It is suitable for energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, bathrooms, boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation, urban heating system circulation and other occasions.
3. SPG shielded pipeline pump is an anti-corrosion type used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers.
