Parallel thread tapping (G=PF) is mainly used for mechanical bonding (the combination of parallel threads), while there are two types of thread tapping for extremely dense bonding (the combination of push and pull threads, or the combination of push and pull male threads and parallel female threads): push and pull thread tapping (Rc=PT) and parallel thread tapping (Rp=PS). The use of push pull wire tapping can be divided into long tooth type (standard type Rc=PT) and short tooth type (S-Rc=S-PT) based on the length of the tooth and the position of the reference diameter.
There are many types of threads for American made pipes, with parallel thread tapping (NPS) commonly used for cutting NPSC and NPSM threads, and push pull thread tapping (NPT) commonly used for cutting NPT threads. In addition, there are two types of wire tapping for DRY SEAL pipes: parallel wire tapping (NPSF) and push pull wire tapping (NPTF). ·Screw tapping accuracy level: YAMAWA II level
·Screw tapping material: HSS-E ·Applicable to the material being cut: Carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum and other light alloys with tensile strength below 850N/mm2 | |
