1. The dehumidification and drying feeder integrates three functions: dehumidification, drying, and two-stage feeding, and is particularly suitable for engineering plastic raw materials with strong moisture absorption.
In the plastic processing industry, products may experience shrinkage, silver lines, bubbles, cracks, flow marks, poor transparency, and other defects. The main reason for these defects is that the plastic has not been fully dried before it is formed. Engineering plastics such as PA, PET, PC, PBT, CA, which have strong moisture absorption properties, cannot be completely dried by traditional hot air dryers due to the infiltration of moisture into the plastic particles.
3. The three machine integrated dehumidification and drying machine fully dehumidifies and heats the air in a closed circulation system, and the dried air quickly separates the moisture in the plastic particles to achieve the dehumidification and drying effect.
