Product Introduction:

Our company's independently developed and produced SGEP-300PM continuous monitoring system for flue gas (particulate matter) emissions adopts the principle of directly extracting wet flue gas containing particulate matter, high-temperature heating gasification, and light scattering measurement to achieve real-time continuous measurement of particulate matter in flue gas. Simultaneously monitor parameters such as oxygen, temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc., and remotely transmit the monitoring data to the environmental management department in accordance with the HJ212 national standard communication protocol.

This system is suitable for monitoring particulate matter under low temperature and high humidity conditions, including industries such as thermal power, steel, metallurgy, cement, aluminum, petrochemicals, ceramics, etc. It can also be used for monitoring dust removal equipment efficiency, combustion efficiency, and measuring particulate matter concentration in industrial manufacturing processes.

1. Multiple range options: (0-15,50100) mg/m ³, higher range options available;

2. Single side installation of the probe, easy to install;

3. Match the actual flow rate of flue gas and have the function of constant velocity sampling;

4. Capable of quickly heating wet flue gas into dry flue gas, suitable for high humidity and low concentration particulate matter conditions;

5. Automatic blowback effectively prevents probe contamination, with minimal maintenance and long maintenance intervals;

6. Power off self-protection, power on self starting, strong environmental adaptability;

7. Integrated design, the system can access auxiliary parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen content, etc;

8. The system can access 4-20mA signals of auxiliary parameters and display them. All monitoring data can be transmitted to the data acquisition instrument through the 485 communication interface and remotely transmitted to the environmental management department.
