Product Introduction:

The SGEP-300 continuous monitoring system for flue gas emissions is a flue gas online monitoring system independently developed by our company to meet the requirements of relevant national atmospheric emission standards, combined with the actual situation on site in China (low temperature, high humidity, high corrosion).

Mainly used for treating particulate matter in flue gas SO2、 Dynamic continuous monitoring of pollutants such as NOx, as well as monitoring of other parameters such as oxygen, temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc. Through a data acquisition and processing system, charts are generated and the monitoring data is transmitted remotely to environmental protection departments at all levels in accordance with the HJ212 national standard communication protocol, thereby achieving remote continuous monitoring of the flue gas emission process.

1. All parts in contact with smoke are made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant special stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials;

2. Adopting heated direct sampling and high-temperature heat tracing transmission to avoid condensation of flue gas, the measurement is more representative;

4. Real time dew point alarm avoids analysis deviation caused by moisture condensation and corrosion of the analysis system.
