[Overview]:
Vacuum drying is the process of heating and drying the material to be dried under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, keeping the working chamber in a vacuum state, greatly accelerating the drying rate of materials, and also saving energy.
Vacuum drying equipment is divided into static dryers and dynamic dryers. YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers belong to static vacuum dryers, while SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer belongs to dynamic dryers. When the material is dried in a static dryer, it is in a static state and its shape will not be damaged. Before drying, it can also be disinfected; The material keeps flipping during drying in the dynamic dryer, resulting in more uniform and thorough drying.
The boiling point of the material solvent decreases under vacuum, making it suitable for drying unstable or heat sensitive materials; Vacuum drying machines have good sealing properties, making them suitable for drying materials that require solvent recovery and contain strong irritants and toxic gases.
Vacuum drying equipment has been widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical food, dyes, etc., and the air meets the requirements of the drug management standard "GMP".

Our company extensively solicits opinions from the demand side during the design and production stages of equipment processing, especially in the layout of flat and vertical surfaces, fully considering the site conditions and public engineering conditions of the demand side, so as to ensure the quality of the equipment while optimizing the combination.
Installation and commissioning
When the equipment arrives at the buyer's factory, our company will send dedicated technical personnel to guide the installation and be responsible for debugging to normal use.
training
Before the equipment is used normally by the demand side, our company's debugging personnel will organize training for relevant personnel of the demand side. The training content includes equipment maintenance, upkeep, timely repair of common faults, and operating procedures for the equipment.
quality assurance
Our company's equipment warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to non-human factors, we are responsible for free maintenance. If the equipment is damaged due to human factors, our company will promptly repair it and charge a cost fee.
Maintenance and Deadline
Equipment damage that occurs upon expiration of the warranty period shall be repaired on site within two days by enterprises within the province and within four days by enterprises outside the province upon receiving notification from the purchaser. The services provided upon expiration of the warranty period are paid services, and a production fee shall be charged for each service.
