SB-2000 is an easy-to-use compact manual balancing system that provides both one plane and two plane manual balancing functions.
It is available in both the dedicated machine installation version (SB-2000) and the portable version (SB-2000-P).
In both versions, extraordinary balance accuracy is provided, which can display vibrations of up to 0.0001um digits and 100000RPM,
And supports a spindle speed range of 30 to 100000 RPM.
With its digital design and direct icon driven user interface, SB-2000 is easy to set up and use.
Supports five dynamic balancing methods:
(Inform the testing angle, two mass block counterweights, three mass block counterweights (grinder dynamic balancing function), fixed angle and arc),
Can store up to 30 different balance curves for different machines or settings.
This unit also allows for the generation and storage of spectral vibration maps.
The portable SB-2000-P model can be magnetically connected to any location for easy installation and use.
The SB-2000 dedicated installation version allows CNC/PLC integration and allows operators to set tolerance and critical threshold alarms and alarm limits through the CNC/PLC interface.
The USB port allows for exporting balance data and settings, as well as updating device firmware.
