Product Introduction
Inverter argon arc welding machine
Argon arc welding is a welding method in which the welding arc is generated between a tungsten electrode and a base material with very stable physical properties. Its full name is non melting inert gas shielded welding. Due to the widespread use of argon gas as a shielding gas, it is also referred to as argon arc welding. An obvious characteristic of argon arc welding is that its arc can be AC or DC. During the welding process, wire filling is not necessary or can be done manually or automatically.
Argon arc welding is widely used for welding with high requirements for welds, such as pressure pipelines, machinery, metal furniture, and sports equipment. In many specific fields such as nuclear power and aerospace, argon arc welding is also used. Argon arc welding machines are usually classified by function into DC argon arc welding and AC-DC argon arc welding.
DC argon arc welding
DC argon arc welding is suitable for carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, copper and its alloys, etc. Ruiling has a lightweight and easy-to-use MOSFET series in its DC argon arc welding product line, as well as high-power IGBT module products such as WSM400IJ. Mainly used for the integrated operation of bottom welding and cover welding in pipeline welding. DC argon arc welding with pulse function has special advantages in thin plate welding and automatic welding.
